As demand for Prince & Izant’s products and services accelerated, a stand-alone business group was developed in 2001 to support Aerospace, Power Generation, Medical, and Electronics market customers. And to focus on customer material control, a document department was added.

Today, this business group, known as NuTEC, is audited to AS 9002 standards. We are proud to be an industry innovator and a one-call solution for our customers. Our awards for delivery and service provide us with a new benchmark to start each day as race to exceed customer expectations.

NuTEC’s trained individuals provide solution and application know-how to stringent customer requirements. Fine wire diameters below ten-thousandths, ring diameters below fifteen- thousandths, and strip thicknesses below two-thousandths are common products for the NuTEC Group.

And by procuring the services of GE and LCS approved laboratories, and supporting the industry with the highest quality standards, we maintain self-release status for several first-tier suppliers to major aerospace, medical, and electronics customers. Our reputation as a problem-solver, whether the job requires a one-piece prototype or tooling for 50,000 pieces, resulted from two-hour lead times, tight tolerances, lean manufacturing and a can-do attitude.

NuTEC is affiliated with the C-3 brazing committee of the American Welding Society (AWS), the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), the Society for Advancing Mobility in Land, Sea, Air and Space (SAE), the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), and the American Society of Metals (ASM).
